HOLY LAND, HOLD PEOPLE: THE PLIGHT OF THE "LIVING" STONES IN THE HOLY LAND

Date:
Thursday, December 2, 2021 - 7:00pm
Location:
Ignatius Center of St. Ignatius Loyola Church

As we approach Christmas, our thoughts naturally turn to the Holy Land. Enrich your Advent experience by learning about the diminishing Christian presence in Israel, Palestine, and Jordan in our own day. Very Rev. William J. Turner of Chelsea, Mich., who has deep personal experience of the subject, will talk about “Holy Land, Holy People: The Plight of the ‘Living Stones’ Today” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the Community of the Good Shepherd, 8815 E. Kemper Road, 45249, and 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at the Ignatius Center of St. Ignatius Loyola Church, 5215 North Bend Road, 45247. His appearance is sponsored by the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, Cincinnati/Dayton Section. Please write to [email protected] by the end of the day Nov. 24 to register for this free program, indicating which evening you plan to attend.
